Returns & Refunds Policy

We support conscious buying. If you need to return, here’s how it works.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections.

 
1) EU consumers — right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days starting on the day after you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

  • Multiple items delivered separately: the period begins when the last item is received.

  • One item delivered in several parts: the period begins when the last part is received.

How to withdraw

Email support@fanfinds.store within 14 days and include your order number and the items you wish to return. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.

Return the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal email. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal email. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you supply proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

Outbound delivery costs

  • If you paid a separate Standard delivery fee and you return the entire order, we refund that standard amount.

  • Express or Priority upgrades are not refunded on withdrawal.

  • If standard delivery was included in the price, there is no outbound fee to refund.

  • For partial returns, outbound delivery costs are not refunded.

Return postage

For change-of-mind withdrawals, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.

Condition and diminished value

Please return items in the original packaging where reasonably possible. You may handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond that, we may deduct any diminished value from the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed such as tea, herbs and incense.

  • Perishable goods where applicable.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
    Other statutory exceptions may apply.

2) Non-EU customers — returns

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, we accept returns where items arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns may not be available unless required by local law. Contact support@fanfinds.store for instructions. Where we request a return for inspection or remedy, we cover the necessary and reasonable return costs.

3) Damaged or incorrect items on arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged or incorrect. Include photos of the item, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
Remedies may include replacement if available, repair, price reduction or refund. Where a remedy requires return, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

4) Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because it was refused or not collected, we will treat your request in line with the rules above. Where permitted by law, we may deduct carrier return charges and re-import costs from the refund if these charges were caused by refusal or non-collection and are charged to us by the carrier.

5) Gifts and bundles

If a purchase included a gift with purchase, please return the gift together with the qualifying items. If you keep the gift, we may deduct its stated retail value from the refund.
For bundles, refunds are adjusted to the standalone prices of items kept.

6) How to prepare your return
  • Include your order number inside the parcel.

  • Use the original packaging where reasonably possible and pack safely.

  • Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.

  • Ship to the return address we provide by email. Do not send returns without contacting us first.

7) Processing times
  • Returns are typically checked within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days after we issue them, depending on your bank or payment provider.
